Visit of the fish and vegetables Rialto Market, accompanied by a nice Venetian Lady, to choose and buy the ingredients for the lesson, then you reach her home, situated in a beautiful
Venetian building between S. Polo and Rialto, where you will be given an apron and the lesson will start.
It will have duration of three hours and it will end with lunch and delivery of souvenir diploma.
09:15 : Meeting at the Rialto Market to visit the vegetable and fish market, and to make purchases for the lesson.
10:00 : In the kitchen wearing aprons and you begin.
11:30: Pause “spritz” with “cicchetti”.
13:00: Everyone sits at the table and eat what has been prepared commenting on the results.
