Main Extra Services:

On the Day Before the Wedding

1. Arrival from the Airport to the Hotel:

• By public transportation: Bus No. 5 or ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma (ticket: 10 Euro), followed by an ACTV waterbus (ticket: approximately 9.50 Euro).
• By public boat Alilaguna: ticket price 18 Euro, including luggage.
• By shared or private water taxi: VeniceLink.

2. A flower bouquet in the room upon the couple’s arrival, starting from 60 Euro.

3. Chocolates and Italian “spumante” in the couple’s room, starting from 50 Euro.

4. Wedding dress / groom’s suit hire or traditional Renaissance costume hire in the style of the 17th and 18th centuries.

We will recommend a trusted atelier where you can rent a wedding dress for the bride and/or a suit for the groom.

The atelier will ask you to provide your body measurements in advance. On the day of your arrival in Venice, they will prepare a selection of 4–5 dresses suitable for your size.

After trying them on at the atelier, you will choose your wedding dress, usually on the day before the wedding. At that time, your credit card details or a security deposit will be required.

The atelier’s tailor will then carry out any necessary alterations. You can either collect the dress directly from the atelier or have it delivered to your hotel for an additional fee.

The dress will be at your disposal for 24 hours.

Approximate hire costs:

• Wedding dress for the bride, including gown, gloves and veil, starting from 750 Euro
• Groom’s Tight, Half Tight or Tuxedo, including shirt, plastron or bow tie and waistcoat, starting from 250 Euro
• Traditional Renaissance costume (normally worn during the Carnival period), in the style of the 17th and 18th centuries, starting from 300–400 Euro

On the Wedding Day:

Bouquet for the bride and buttonhole for the groom, starting from 120–150 Euro

The bouquet will be arranged according to the bride’s wishes and delivered directly to the hotel on the wedding day.

Flower arrangement for the ceremony table starting from 60 Euro

Flower arrangement for a water taxi starting from 180 Euro

Flower decoration for a Luxury Gondola starting from 200 Euro

6. Hairstylist / Make-up Artist for the Bride

Bridal hairstyling or make-up: 200 Euro

Bridal hairstyling and make-up service: 300 Euro, provided directly at the hotel on the wedding day.

For the bridal hairstyling service, you will be asked to send us a photo of your preferred hairstyle in advance.

Bridal make-up is usually applied in natural tones and an elegant style, unless you have specific requests.

A trial service on the day before the wedding costs 100 Euro for hairstyling and 100 Euro for make-up and must be requested at the time of booking.

The price of the service includes the agency’s assistance to the bride.

Fresh flowers for the hairstyle, coordinated with the bridal bouquet, can also be provided at a cost of 35 Euro.

7. Music

Musical accompaniment during the ceremony at the Town Hall or in a Venetian Palace:

• Celtic Harp 250 Euro / Grand Harp 400 Euro
• Violin / Cello / Flute 200 Euro per instrument

Musical accompaniment in a Catholic Church:

• Organ (or Harp) 350 Euro
• Organ (or Harp) + Soprano 500 Euro

Musical accompaniment in an Orthodox Church:

• Choir during the ceremony 100 Euro
• At the exit after the ceremony: String Duo / Trio / Quartet, starting from 200 Euro per musician

Music in Gondola. Musical accompaniment during gondola rides and during the Symbolic Ceremony in Gondola:

• Guitar – 30 min. 200 Euro
• Musician (Guitarist or Accordionist) + Singer – 30 min., before 19:00 200 Euro
• Musician (Guitarist or Accordionist) + Singer – 30 min., after 19:00 250 Euro

Moving Around on the Wedding Day

Venice is a relatively small city, and most locations can easily be reached on foot within a few minutes. Therefore, transportation by water taxi or gondola is not essential for getting around. However, it can certainly add a special and unforgettable Venetian touch to your wedding day.

8. Water Taxi on the Wedding Day

A water taxi can accommodate a maximum of 10–12 people. However, to ensure your guests’ comfort on the wedding day, we recommend a maximum of 8–10 people per boat.

Water taxi services available on the wedding day:

• Transfer prices on request, starting from 80 Euro
• Standard water taxis for special services starting from 150 Euro per hour
• Luxury water taxi (a newer boat with elegant interiors and fine wooden finishes) starting from 200–250 Euro per hour

9. Standard Gondola on the Wedding Day

Maximum 5 people per gondola.

• 30 min.: 100–150 Euro. After 19:00: 30 Euro supplement
• 60 min.: 200–300 Euro. After 19:00: 30 Euro supplement

Specially decorated Grand Luxury Wedding Gondola with two gondoliers (maximum 4 people per gondola), starting from:

• 1 hour: 1500 Euro
• 2 hours: 2200 Euro

10. Professional Photographer on the Wedding Day

You will receive professionally edited, high-resolution JPEG files, available for download via an online link.

11. Professional Video Operator on the Wedding Day

A highly professional, edited and personalized wedding film, complete with music, will be delivered via an online link within 15 days of the event.

12. Actors and/or Comedy Performers

Wedding Officiant for a Symbolic Ceremony.

The main characters of the Commedia dell’Arte, such as Harlequin, Pantalone, Colombina and Pulcinella (cost: 400 Euro per performer), can welcome the couple and their guests.

They can also accompany you during your photo tour through Venice, entertaining your guests along the way with lively theatrical and pantomime performances.

13. The Event Can Be Advertised in a Local Newspaper

Black-and-white or colour photographs and/or text provided by the couple can be published in a local newspaper.
